Biography
Ian Crompton was born in Geneva, Switzerland, and attended Kent University, UK, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree. He joined Firmenich in 2004 in London and after having worked in Germany and Paris he is currently Regional Director, Fine Fragrance, IMEA, based out of the Dubai, UAE office.
