Biography
Odile has over 28 years of experience in the fragrance industry, specializing in development & innovation, global category leadership, strategic key account management and market research insights. In the course of her career, Odile has demonstrated a strong ability to develop and implement strategies, manage local and international teams and discovering new business opportunities.
In this newly expanded role effective October 2020, Odile will lead her team to focus on delivering superior fragrance design, realizing today’s needs and designing future capabilities. Her scope includes fragrance creation, global perfumer leadership, fragrance and technical development, palette and formulae management, lab services and strategic category leadership. She will drive sustainable innovation and digitalization across our creation process.
Born in Paris, France, Odile graduated from Institut Superieur de Gestion and is a founding member of Association des Musiciens de la Banque, l’Assurance et la Finance (AMBAF). She is currently based out of Firmenich global headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.
